SGEU’s First Collective Bargaining Agreement

The SGEU Bargaining Committee Unanimously Recommends Ratification of the Tentative Agreement

Following over two years of organizing, 4 months of negotiations, and an 11-hour bargaining session on March 7th, SGEU finally has its first collectively bargained tentative agreement. Now, it’s up to all 1100 members to vote on ratification of the agreement. The Collective Bargaining Agreement can be ratified via a simple majority vote. Voting will occur over a two-day period—details below!
